Welcome to VAtrails.com.  I put this site together to help other researchers looking for ancestors in mostly the  Southwest region of Virginia and some counties in West Virginia.  While doing my own research, I accumulate mass amounts of materials that I am sure would be helpful to others, so I share. While I am happy to share what I have, please understand that I do not have the complete works of any books, ledgers or documents that I find, nor do I have access to microfilm, etc. Most of the information that I have was copied for me either by a family member living in Virginia (I live in Florida) or by myself on one of my infrequent trips to visit family in that state. Everything I have is loose and  is not  in any sort of order, therefore I can not do individual searches for you, but will do my best to help you with any questions you may have.
